This app utilizes OpenAI to process user conversations. By using this app, you consent to the transmission of your conversations to OpenAI for processing in accordance with OpenAI’s privacy policy.
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Heyday Technology ApS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Heyday, operated by Heyday Technology ApS, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
Heyday is not a healthcare or therapeutic service provider. The app and its content are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
